How to Use / Directions / Dosage

For Regular Use - As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule three (3) times in divided doses per day, with food. Use in cycles of 4 to 6 weeks taking at least 2 to 4 weeks off in between cycles. Helps give you a cut and drier look, especially around the stomach.

For Prohormones - Take as part of the PCT to bring normal hormone function back to your body. You can take it two different ways. Either when you begin your PCT supplement or 3 weeks into your PCT. Then take for 4 weeks either way.
