How does St John's Wort work?
St John's wort has an ingredient that is extracted from the flower head called hypericins. Hypericin is a polyphenol (category of chemicals naturally found in plants; helps with many different ailments) with a very unique chemical structure. Hypericins have been studied for almost 50 years in regards to their uses against tumors, viruses, and depression. Hypericin is able to create a superoxide anion (commonly known as "dioxide"). Essentially, hypericin helps create dioxide, which is largely beneficial in our bodies.

Take 1 tablet twice daily.
