Directions & Dosage

To assess tolerance, Formutech Nutrition recommends that you take 1 serving (one scoop) of REM-8.0 with 4 ounces of water, 30 minutes before sleep. It is not recommended to take more than than 2 servings (2 scoops) in a 24 hour period.
