DIRECTIONS

Adults & children 12 years and over: As a relaxant, take 1 to 2 tablets with water as needed 3 times daily. For occasional sleeplessness, take 1 to 3 tablets 1/2 to 1 hour before bed.

Children 6-12 years: 1/2 adult dose
