Kraken Black vs Original Kraken
Both of these pre workouts are great for anyone that wants a wake up call in the gym. Both of these have similar ingredients so you will get the same results, but Kraken Black is much stronger.
The biggest difference between Kraken Black and Original Kraken is the caffeine. In the original Kraken, you had 50mg of caffeine. With Kraken Black, this bumped up to 350mg! What a huge difference!

L-Citrulline: This boosts your nitric oxide levels so you get those pulsing pumps! This expands your blood flow, allow more nutrients in faster and stronger along with the pumps. This also aids in recovery afterwards.
Beta Alanine: This is your muscle endurance. This is that tingly feeling you get after taking a pre workout. Beta Alanine is known to help prevent muscle fatigue and push your body's endurance.
