Transparent Protein Blend

There’s a lot of companies out there still hiding behind proprietary blends, choosing not to reveal what exactly you’re getting when your purchase a protein powder. Protein Sources

Clean protein combines 4 well known proteins so you know that your body is getting what it needs throughout the whole day.

• Whey Isolate - This form is the dominant form of protein on the market because of its low calorie and high BCAA content and affordability. It contains a minimum of 90% protein—the king of protein powders.

• Whey Concentrate - Usually slightly lower quality than whey isolate. The whey concentrate in Clean Protein contains 80% protein, which is the highest quality form you can find.

• Milk Protein Isolate - This contains fast and slow digesting whey protein and casein. It also makes the powder easier to mix.

• Micellar Casein - This form is digested very slowly. The counterpart to whey protein. This is what will keep your muscle cells fueled over the course of 4-6 hours.

Directions & Dosage

MAN Sports suggests adding one scoop of Clean Protein to 8 ounces of cold water or milk. Shake it up well to mix it up fully, shaker cups are recommended. The amount of liquid can be changed to alter the consistency and strength of taste. You should take one serving within 30 minutes of your workout. It can also be taken throughout the day at any time.
