Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is used by cells to synthesize carnosine. Carnosine acts as a buffer for the hydrogen ions (acid) produced during strenuous exercise. helping to maintain optimum muscular pH. CarnoSyn is used which is a form of beta-alanine that has shown to increase muscle carnosine content. CanoSyn has been scientifically researched and helps with the delay of muscle fatigue as well as quicker recovery times.

DIRECTIONS
