How to Take USN BCAA AMINO +
Mix 1-2 scoops into 6-14oz. of water (or to personal taste preference) and stir or shake well. Let sit for 30 seconds before drinking. Sip on before & during your workout. If you had a particularly tough workout, take another serving immediately after training.
Can also be added to your regular daily intake of water to increase BCAA intake.
