How to Take USN Pure Creatine
Take in the early morning and before or after training.
For Creatine loading (20g per day): For the first 5 days, mix 1 scoop of USN Pure Creatine with water, fruit juice, or your favorite beverage, and take 4-5 times daily.
Creatine Level Maintenance (5g per day): After 5 consecutive days of loading, mix 1 scoop with water, fruit juice, or your favorite beverage, and take 1-2 times daily. This can be taken before training, with a meal, or directly after training with your post-workout protein shake.
